In what twisted and tortured universe would someone like Elena Kagan be allowed to make decisions impacting the lives of anyone beyond her own unfortunate family?

Obama’s pick for the nation’s highest court is another unambiguous display of his disdain for this country, it citizens and its Constitution. His last lackey, Justice Sotomoyor, told the Senate during her confirmation hearings that she supported the 2nd Amendment. Yesterday, with her vote on the McDonald vs Chicago case, she provided the strongest evidence yet that she had perjured herself during that process.

With Kagan, we now have someone who doesn’t even believe in the First Amendment, having argued as much before the Supreme Court. She will also not hesitate to lie in order to be confirmed.

Wake up Americans! Let your Senators and Congressmen, your friends and neighbors, know how you feel about the anti-American tack being taken by this cynical and sinister administration. And remember to vote for real Americans on November 2.

Not all of the news is bad. The Supreme Court’s ruling in the McDonald vs Chicago case is excellent news for those who still love liberty. Now we have to get rid of the Chicago machine and we will be half-way home. God bless the Supreme Court.

Three cheers for Judge Martin Feldman for standing up to the insanity. He ruled that the Obama imposed moratorium on off shore drilling in more than 500 feet of water was unfathomable. What a great pun! He went on to say that one incident did not justify shutting down an entire industry, and he immediately lifted the ban and prohibited the government from enforcing the incomprehensible moratorium; equivalent to grounding all aircraft as the result of a single airplane crash. But none should profess surprise at the actions of the Obama administration.

Heaven has helped us in the good sense and courage of Judge Feldman.

When one has taken the wrong path he can no longer make a right turn. He may retrace his steps to the original point of departure and begin again but if he remains on the wrong road all subsequent choices will be wrong. It is permissible to turn around but pride, stubbornness and foolishness too often prevail, leading to a cascade of bad decisions. Choose wisely.
